Rohnert Park, Calif. – Former Sonoma State University standout women's basketball player Madison Burroughs has signed her first professional contract to play for Ulriken Eagles in the Norwegian Kvinneligaen League. 
 
Burroughs started for the Seawolves from 2014-18, garnering CCAA All-Conference honors three times. In her 109 career games, she averaged 9.8 points, 4 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game. 
 
While at Sonoma State Madison Burroughs joined the ranks of only four other women to score a thousand points in their career. The guard from Alamo, California became the fifth player in the program ever score 1,000 points, ending her college career with a 1,067 under her belt.
