Hayward, CA - Sonoma State won 8 events in route to a 56-20 team victory in the Leap Day Dual Meet at Chabot College with Cal State East Bay.
Celine Rubalcava won both the 100 and 200 meter sprints, as well as anchoring the 4x100 relay team.
Juliana Cerezo-Rangel won the shot put by over 3 feet, with a mark of 32' 1".
Alana Reyna also had a good day as she finished first in the 5,000 meters at 19:49:20.
It was a nice for the team to get some experience in a rare dual meet and a good overall team effort by the Seawolves.
Next up the team travels to Turlock for the Kim Duyst Invitaional on March 6.
